For those crews who need more than just an ambulance, AEV manufactures medium-duty emergency vehicles that are as customized as they come. Heavy-duty and feature-packed, these custom ambulances answer the call — no matter the demand. When it comes to your emergency needs, we’ll be there.

Chassis

When a typical ambulance just won’t suffice, AEV constructs medium-duty ambulances to ensure every emergency is kept within reach. Choose between an F-650 Ford ambulance, the Navistar International or Freightliner ambulance chassis, and take your service capabilities to a new level.

Qualities

Custom Medium-Duty
Emergency Vehicles

When it comes to an AEV ambulance, our standards are anything but. With countless ways to build an ambulance that will cater to your crew’s needs, exceed safety standards and answer the community’s call, the only way you’ll find two ambulances alike is if you ask for it.

It All Starts With
a Feasibility Study

At AEV, the buying process is a personal one-on-one experience that starts with a feasibility study (because relationships and one-of-a-kind solutions are what we build first). From custom conveniences for patients to paint schemes unique to your company, no detail is overlooked.

A Detailed Visual
Manufacturing Process

Starting with an exclusive Mickey-manufactured module, AEV builds each custom unit using a detailed visual process — a board stocked with parts and tools specific to that ambulance to ensure we meet your every spec. The American made becomes the American crafted at AEV.

Standards

There are industry standards, and then there’s AEV. While this statement applies to the way we build emergency vehicles, it also pertains to the value we pack into every Medium Duty ambulance. You’ll be hard pressed to find so many high-end features in other emergency vehicles.
